GENERAL QUESTION
Our Internet Services are offered in Fiber Cables. This means its Fiber to the home. We run cables from our poles to your premises, then we facilitate a fiber router to you.
We give our clients 48hrs assurance for Installation. This means that the installation can range from 1hr- 48hrs dependin on the backlog. However if timeline changes we always liase with the client and agree on a mutual convinient time.

If your Internet is not working for whatsoever reason, you should contact our Customer Care for guildelines. This way a ticket will be created and our competent technicians will be dispatched to assist you.
You can always upgrade or downgrade your services at anytime. However you need to alert the Customer Care so that they may change accordingly in the system.
We strive to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with our services. In a scenario where this is not met, the customer has the right to file a complain to complains@gwijinet.com. Please ensure you mention the issue to be addressed, timelines and attach necessary attachments if need be. We will investigate the comolain and a response will be sent to you within 5 working days
Our subscriptions are on a 30 day/1 month basis. Currently we do not offer pausing or stopping a subscription.
In a scenario whereby the router is continuously blinking Red in the “LOS” section please alert Customer Care for assistance. Blinking Red does not mean that your account has expired or is due for renewal. It basically means there is no connection between our Internet servers and your router. This coud be due to a number of reasons including Fiber Cut.
We always send reminder alerts to our customers when accounts are almost due. This includes 7 day reminder, 3 day reminder and Renewal reminder. In a scenario whereby you did not receive any reminders please get in touch with our Customer Support and you will be assisted accordingly
It is normal to forget your Wifi login password. You can always contact our Customer Support and they will be of help
